In May 2013 we  engaged Karl from Eyebuild to construct a second story  on our 1920’s semi in Fairlight and are thrilled with our new addition.

Karl delivered on time and budget and was a pleasure to have on site every day.

Karl and his team including the subcontractors he used were all honest and friendly tradespeople and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Karl.

We are extremely happy with the quality of the build, the attention to detail and Karl’s communication, advice and honesty throughout the entire process.
